1. Registration & Participation

• Registration is confirmed only after the full contribution amount is received.
• Participants must provide a valid email ID and phone number during registration.
• Program access details and recorded sessions will be shared only on the registered email ID.
• Program access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

2. Recorded Sessions & Confidentiality

• Recorded sessions may be accessible only for a limited duration.
• Sharing login credentials, recordings, screenshots, or any part of the sessions with others is strictly prohibited.
• Participants are requested to maintain the confidentiality and sanctity of the sessions.
• Access will be given to one device at a time.
• For live programs it is mandatory to keep your cameras on.

3. Health & Personal Responsibility

• The meditation programs and retreats are intended for personal growth, self-awareness, relaxation, and inner exploration. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
• Participants with physical or mental health concerns, or those undergoing medical treatment, are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
• All meditation techniques, physical movements, and activities are voluntary and should be practiced within one’s personal comfort and physical limits.
• Participation is entirely at the participant’s own responsibility.

4. Liability Waiver

• Participants accept full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the program or retreat.
• The organizers, facilitators, and associated staff shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, emotional distress, health complications, loss, or damage to personal belongings arising during participation.
• Meditation is a personal journey, and individual experiences or results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Technical Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection and a suitable device for online participation.
• Organizers are not responsible for technical issues arising from the participant’s side.

6. Fees & Refund Policy

• Program fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• In case of cancellation by the organizers, an alternative session or refund may be offered at their discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• All meditation techniques, talks, materials, and recordings shared during the program remain the intellectual property of Osho Fragrance.
• Unauthorized reproduction, recording, or distribution of any material is prohibited.

8. Consent

• By registering, participants agree to receive program-related communication through email or messaging platforms.
• Registration implies acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
