Swami Shailendra Saraswati and Ma Amrit Priya had a deep urge to spread the fragrance of Osho's teaching that has filled their life to the masses. Their efforts were ongoing ever since they were initiated into Osho Neo sannyas (era of 1970's) in different ways - distributing pamphlets by visiting different places being a part of Keertan Mandli, editing and proof reading of books and magazines, helping in publishing content in various newspapers, magazines, ebooks etc, giving discourses of different youtube channels, News channels, shows, public gatherings etc, conducting meditation These efforts became even more refined and concentrated with time, and in September 2019, led to the emergence of Osho Fragrance. One more important reason behind this new phase was to bring forward those meditations and practices that were mentioned in Osho discourses in a practical way for the seekers. In may 2023 Shree Rajneesh Dhyan Mandir in district Sonipat, Haryana was formed by keeping in the mind the need for a place where all those who are interested in meditation can come forward for residential or day boarding life transforming meditation sessions.
Osho was born in Kuchwada, M.P. on 11th December, 1931. His parents Swami Devateertha Bharti and Ma Amrit Saraswati became his disciples in later years. He was enlightened at the age of 21 years on March 21, 1953, while he was studying philosophy at D.N. Jain College in Jabalpur. In 1956 Osho did M.A. from the University of Sagar with First Class Honors in Philosophy. He joined Sanskrit College, Raipur in 1957

Ma Amrit Priya was born on 8th May, 1958. She is the youngest child with three elder brothers. The seeds of spiritualism were sown in her through her parents. Being born & brought up in the milieu of religiousness, the seeds of spiritualism took roots since an early age. She joined Osho's-Neo-Sannyas movement in 1973. She did her M. A. in Philosophy and Prabhakar in Music in 1979. She married Swami Shailendra in 1979. She lived in the Osho Commune in Pune during 1978-81.

Sw. Shailendra Saraswati was born on 17th June, 1955 as younger brother of Osho at Gadarwara, Madhya Pradesh, India. He is the fifth among six brothers and the tenth child, being 24 years younger to Osho. He joined Osho’s Neo-Sannyas movement in 1971. He completed his High School at Gadarwara. Swami Shailendra Saraswati joined a mandali in Gujarat and for three months, he distributed Osho's handbills to masses. After that, Osho asked to discontinue the feature of Keertan Mandali. Following Master's Guidelines, he returned to his hometown Gadarwara.
